The Chef's Gallery offers a unique team-building program. Groups of 10 to 20 divide into teams and prepare a gourmet menu customized for your group. A trained chef and two kitchen assistants will teach and guide in the fun atmosphere of a fully equipped kitchen. We provide everything your group needs, including all equipment, aprons, recipe packets, and instruction. The team-building class culminates with a meal together. Private demonstration classes can be arranged for groups of up to 30. A customized cooking class for your private adult birthday party, anniversary or engagement, or company party is unique and memorable. Sessions run three hours long, and time of day is flexible according to your needs. Wine and beer can be paired with your menu for an additional charge. Please call Stephanie at 651-351-1144 ext 1.
